Abigail Williams (Research Lead and PhD Student) and Jayne Goss (Director) at Farm Urban (United Kingdom), a pioneer in hydroponic urban farming, are building a community-led approach to food justice in Liverpool. Jayne leads the design and delivery of the organization’s hydroponic and aquaponic educational programs and online learning platform aimed at inspiring young people to reimagine urban sustainable food systems. Abigail's research focuses on how Farm Urban’s work, including community and school delivery of fresh living greens, can support the health and wellbeing of underserved communities.

Radhi is a plant based recipe developer, fitness and well-being enthusiast who shares lifestyle, food, fitness and conscious living practices with her highly engaged, global community. Through her expansive travel experiences, love of diversity and passion for recipes from all four corners of the world, she has built an international following of like minded people. Expect to see everything from Radhi’s meditation mornings to daily natural skincare rituals, LBT workouts, mouthwatering recipes and even a little dancing! Radhi was born and raised in London where she trained as a dietitian and currently splits her time between London and Los Angeles.
